Fitprenda Apps LLC (hereinafter "READYSIZE") is the owner and manager of the brand "ReadySize" and https://readysize.ai, which provides a digital platform that makes size and fit recommendations for online shoppers.

READYSIZE considers that the protection of personal data provided is of the utmost importance and we focus on the correct and responsible management of them.

READYSIZE is responsible for the treatment and use of data personal and body measurement. Personal data is understood to mean any aspect or circumstance personnel or material that a person has made available to READYSIZE voluntarily. This may include name, address, email, personal contact information, etc.

Body measurement data is understood as any aspect related with the measurements that users enter into the READYSIZE system. All data will be collected and used only within the

Chaco), Law 9,703 (Entre Ríos Province) Law 2,922 (Santa Cruz Province), (Corrientes Province) Law 6,003, Law 10,302 (Prov. Córdoba), Ordinance 11,402 (City of Córdoba), Ordinance 1381/07 (Río Cuarto), (Prov. San Juan) Law 8,323, concordant laws, norms and decrees that are in force at present and in turn those that were subsequently sanctioned.
